CostWise provides cloud cost management, optimization, and governance tools designed to help organizations reduce and control their cloud infrastructure expenses across multiple cloud providers including but not limited to AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
To use the CostWise platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
If you register or use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
CostWise offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details about the current offerings are available on our website.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Payments are due in advance and may be automatically charged to your designated payment method on a recurring basis.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, which we may charge as applicable. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the Service.
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, which may be updated from time to time.

To provide our Service, we collect and process data from your cloud environments. This may include cloud resource metadata, billing information, usage metrics, and configuration data.
Our Privacy Policy, available at costwise.com/legal/privacy, describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CostWise and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about our Service, we may use this information without any obligation to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COSTWISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT WILL COSTWISE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID COSTWISE IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, OR €100 IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS TO COSTWISE.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
COSTWISE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by you or CostWise.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by canceling your account and discontinuing use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CostWise regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
